What lives on each screen of my.webvuecloud.com, and where to find the setting you are looking for.
Everything you administer is in one place: my.webvuecloud.com. This is a tour of the screens and what each one is for.
Sites
The list of everything you host. Open a site to reach its tools: domains, SSL, backups, staging, cache, PHP settings, database, SFTP and logs. The header of each site shows the plan it runs under and its current status.
Domains
Domains registered with us, domains connected to a site, and DNS zones we host. A domain can be registered elsewhere and still have its DNS here.
Mailboxes and subscriptions for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Titan, with the mail records applied to the zone when the domain uses our DNS.
Billing
Invoices, payment methods, renewal dates and the plan each service runs on. Invoices are issued in advance of the period they cover.
Support
Tickets and their history. Opening a ticket from inside a site attaches the site reference automatically, which saves a round trip.
Team
People who can sign in, and what each of them may do. Roles are assigned per account, and access can be limited to specific sites.
