Choose between Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Titan
What each one is good at, and the question that usually decides it.
All three give you mail on your own domain with a real service behind it. The difference is what comes with the mailbox.

The question that decides it
Does the team need documents and meetings, or only email? If only email, Titan costs a fraction of the others and does that job well. If your accountant sends complex Excel files, Microsoft 365 avoids a lot of friction. If everyone already works in Gmail, Workspace is the smaller change.
One domain can have Workspace for the office team and Titan for shop or info addresses. Mailboxes are billed individually.
