Recover a site you deleted
Deleted sites are held before they are erased. What the window is and how to act inside it.
Deleting a site removes it from the dashboard immediately, but the data is held before it is destroyed.
The window
- Days 1–14. The site can be restored in full from the dashboard, including its backups.
- Days 15–30. Restoration is possible through support, from the last automatic backup.
- After 30 days. The data is erased. Nothing can be recovered.
Restore it
Sites → Recently deleted → Restore. The site returns with its files, database and settings. Domains are not reconnected automatically: check the DNS still points here, and confirm the certificate is reissued.
Cancelled plans
If the plan the site ran under was also cancelled, the site cannot be restored until a plan is active again. Reactivate the plan first, then restore.
